A bridge between business and community
Rheebridge is the vision of Founder and Managing Director David Rapley BSc (Hons) MRICS C.Build E MCABE, who has a formidable business record – most notably in the sector of high quality property development.
In the 21st century, real success requires breadth of vision. New business practices demand new approaches: thinking beyond traditional boundaries, discovering how different disciplines can benefit each other and developing an awareness of our impact on the wider world.
Over recent years we have nurtured many high profile ventures in property development, angel investment and social enterprise. By bringing together proven expertise across all these sectors we have created a company in which innovation and ethics, excellence and sustainability, all go hand in hand. Our philosophy of ‘continued development within everyday life’ goes beyond the provision of quality housing developments to encompass material improvements in the whole community.
Within the property world we are actively involved in several flagship projects of high quality residential schemes including Hobbs House, a unique boutique development of apartments and rooftop penthouses overlooking Parker’s Piece in the heart of Cambridge. Rheebridge has also acquired a 50% shareholding in highly regarded Cambridge-based property developer Laragh Homes, a company with an extensive portfolio of completed projects and ambitious plans for the future.
In the medical sector, substantial investment from David Rapley has been provided for groundbreaking advances in private and corporate healthcare through a number of innovative companies.
The success of all our commercial ventures enables us to support community initiatives and local charitable causes by pledging a share of our profits to help fund a diverse range of projects. Our philosophy is simple: to provide a bridge between ethical issues and commercial success. Whether building new homes, new businesses or enhancing communities.
Rheebridge stands for quality without compromise.
