Rheebridge supports Fitzwilliam Museum 200th anniversary

The Fitzwilliam Museum will mark its 200th birthday with a year-long celebration of exhibitions and events for all, made possible by a new group of business partners.

Rheebridge has joined with TTP Group plc, ACE Cultural Tours, Hewitsons LLP, Marshall of Cambridge, and Sotheby’s to support the bicentenary year. Together with the museum, they will be aiming to connect with the local community in Cambridge and promote their involvement with the Fitzwilliam.

Lois Hargrave, Director of Development at the Fitzwilliam Museum, said: “This is the first time the museum has embarked on a partnership model involving businesses across the whole year. We are pleased to be starting more long term relationships with local businesses to create a programme of exciting events and engaging educational activities. As our bicentenary approaches, I would like to thank our six business partners for their ongoing and vital support.”

Each business partner represents a different business sector and each will share their specialist networks and expertise to ensure a vibrant and successful bicentenary year for the museum.
